Summary: Came up with friends to go to Wrigley. Great location. Tons of walkable restaurants and a quick walk to Wrigley! Nice neighborhood and house was exactly as described.

Summary: Visited Chicago for the first time with friends over new years and this location was fantastic. Within walking distance to many local shops and only a short drive to downtown. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Summary: Such a beautiful space. In addition to being very clean and well-kept, the little touches were so nice! Board games, filled water pitcher in the fridge, ice, toiletries, extra towels, etc. Location was great, too, within walking distance of restaurants and train station. We had four adults stay in the unit. Our adult daughters opted to sleep one in the bedroom with the full bed and one on the pull-out couch and there was plenty of room for all. (Our queen bed was very comfortable.) A lot of space to lounge in down time, and a small patio was a nice spot for morning coffee. We drove to Chicago, so opted to use the parking permit passes ($10/night). If coming and going, parking can require a little patience, at least on weekend nights when we were there. Would 100% stay here again!

Summary: We traveled to Chicago for a campus visit to nearby DePaul University. This location is well-situated for Wrigley Field and walkable to Lake Michigan. If you're up for seeing the City and letting CTA be your ride, it is perfect. Clean, airy, nice natural light, too! We didn't use the kitchen during our stay, but appreciated the water pitcher in the fridge. My husband did experience a serious allergic sneezing fit in the main bedroom, so running a hepa filter may be advisable. Excellent communication with owners!

Summary: This property is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay in the Wrigleyville/Boystown area. Lots of walkable things to do and is located on a cute and quiet side street. Lesya, one of the owners is super helpful and responsive. I would happily stay there again!

Summary: Brought the family to Chicago to see the Cubs play and to explore the area. Our stay was a great place to relax and wind down in between outings. Quiet neighborhood was quaint and we enjoyed being walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and the L station. Host was super quick at answering our questions.
