Positive: Nice family with nice rooms. Big and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet place just a walk away from Hiriketiya beach. If you need any tips for surfing or highlights in town they can tell you all about it.

Negative: There building more rooms and appartements in de surrounding area, so it can be noisy during the day. Think that in high season this will be no problem

Positive: Rumesh the owner and all his family were welcoming from the time we arrived. No request was too much. He ordered transport for us, arranged trips and always asked at the end of the day how our day had been. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Filtered water is provided for free. Fantastic hosts - couldn't have been nicer - highly recommend

Negative: I loved everything however maybe some sunbeds in the garden would be a bonus

Positive: Very clean, modern and spacious rooms and a very nice garden. Friendly staff.

Negative: Longer walk (or Tuktuk needed) to visit the town center.

Positive: The room was cozy and clean, with a nice terrace with sea view. Staff is super kind, they helped us rent a scooter, arrange the safari and book a taxi when leaving. Hiriketiya beach is only 10 min away by feet, couple of minutes by scooter. The location is amazing, in the middle of nature away from city chaos. At the moment there is no hot water (no big deal since outside is very hot) but the host is working on it. Definitely recommend!

Positive: Wonderful! The owner is a total sweetheart. And a very good surfer! He's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. The room is impeccable! Super romantic and newly built with solid construction

Negative: A bit of a walk from town from major attractions but not too far

Positive: It is Fantastic, a big room with a beautiful bathroom and a wonderful portico, with a table and chairs to have a peaceful time by the lawn. The family is lovely and Rumesh helps you as much as he can. Also the beach Hiriketiya is a 5min walk.
