Positive: The room was very clean, including the washroom, and it truly gave a perfect homestay vibe. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also enjoyed the proper Sri Lankan breakfast string hoppers, which were absolutely delicious. Overall, the place felt like home, and it was very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway from city chaos.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay here! The place has a very cute and cozy courtyard, which we really loved. The location is great — you can easily walk to both Blue Beach and Hiriketiya Beach. Our room was very comfortable, with good water pressure, and everything was clean and cozy. The family who owns the place is incredibly kind and welcoming — we were greeted so warmly from the very beginning. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious — we truly fell in love with them! Everything was fresh and prepared with care. The owners are amazing, the place is very clean, and the whole atmosphere is lovely. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended 🤍

Positive: We had a lovely 3 night's at Samson's. It is set within a peaceful garden, 5 minutes walk to the Blue beach and 10 minutes for Hiriketiya. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, great breakfast, and the sweetest family you could meet. Hopefully, one day we will be back .

Positive: To keep it short: We had a wonderful stay at Samsons home. The hosts (a lovely young family) are extremely friendly, considerate, and keep everything super clean. The room had everything we needed, and the food was excellent. There's literally nothing to complain about.

Negative: Nothing, everything was nice. One thing you should consider, though: There is no WiFi, and the mobile data is not too good - just to keep that in mind. If you walk a few meters towards the beach area, the data reception gets better.

Positive: This was a true stay in a families home. What a beautiful family who helped me out with all sorts questions. They really couldn't do enough for me. The breakfast was good and the home is very quiet which is a bonus in the busy area of hiriketiya.

Negative: My room unfortunately did not have ac and was very hot. Although I fan on the wall does not do much to help. It's high up. The family did try help once I asked to use standing fan which was outside. But unfortunately I struggled to sleep. Fan was noisy. Other room in house dies have ac. Just book one at front of house.
