Summary: Overall the property was enjoyable to stay at. There were a few loose boards on the main level with some nails popping up from the floor boards. There is also a banister on the deck that is loose, which is a safety hazard. Also the tub doesn't drain super quick. Parking is a little tight, but we made it work with an SUV and Minivan. Otherwise the property is close to Forsyth Park, couple of near by coffee shops and restaurants. Also just a short walk to get on the free bus down to the downtown area and riverwalk. It was good value for what we paid for it. There is lots to do in the area. There are some places you might need reservations at (either tours or restaurants). There is a glassblowing class that is right next door that you should plan ahead if you want to attend. We enjoyed our stay, juat wanted to bring attention to some of the small things on the property.
