Summary: Absolutely wonderful location in historical neighborhood! Parking easy and free. Lots of room for the 3 of us.What kept it from being great? We did not get our email about getting in and had to call and text. Then only the first page came and it wasn't clear and didn't have all of the info. Had to text again. Finally got all info and could get into the unit. Missing a light bulb in the bathroom, making it hard to put on makeup, 3/4 roll of toilet paper for a three day stay for three women - NOT good. Overhead light in living room wouldn't turn on, in fact most rooms were dim, just so you know. Keurig coffee maker in kitchen was nice, but only one pod. Would be really nice to have pods and tea bags, along with sugar, creamer (no refrigeration kind) and maybe artificial sweetener. Should have at least one roll of toilet tissue per day - I'm not going to steal it. Also nice would be a throw in a basket or on the couch and one more sitting chair. We all three sat on the couch, but if there had been four of us, someone would have been out of luck. We are too old for the floor. Just a little fine tuning and this would be a perfect place to stay.

Summary: Close to Forsyth Park and local coffee shops. Grocery and natural market nearby. Walkable to pretty much everywhere in the downtown area. House was cozy and stylish.

Summary: Overall nice apartment. Clean, has towels, tv, washer dryer, basic kitchen items. About 30min walk to downtown river st. Responsive. Only thing is my towels were wet upon arrival so I tossed it in the dryer. The knob to front porch was broken so no access to front porch. The chairs on the balcony were dirty so we didnt sit outside. Inside is very clean and spacious. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: Beautifully remodeled. Very close to Forsyth Park. And Kroger nearby. We ran out of TP. Would appreciate hooks for towels and garbage cans in bathrooms. Would definitely recommend as it’s very clean and a good location.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect so much better than staying at a hotel. We had the opportunity to rent out this beautiful home. We had plenty of space even had private bedroom and a master suite with a bathroom, you won’t get that kind of luxury at no hotel that’s for sure, especially with children. It was just well put together you wouldn’t want to leave the room it was just that relaxing for us and the kids. They also responded very fast and had everything line up for us we even had free WiFi they had everything we needed in such a short notice. We will definitely stay here again that’s for sure. Our favorite spot….

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Clean and neat property. Towels were little old and one handle of door in masterbed bathroom was out. But overall no issues.

Summary: The unit was clean and all the amenities were there except the washer and dryer. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. I had three complaints: The beds have mattresses but no box springs. As a result, they were not supported properly and we didn't sleep well. The chairs were hard and uncomfortable for watching TV, etc. There was one loveseat which was comfortable, but the side chairs were hard; I think they were auditorium stack chairs. Totally unacceptable for a rental in this price range. The TV was streaming which we were unfamiliar with; no cable and couldn't find any local programming. The location was superb with a free bus stop within 5 blocks walking distance which took us down to the river front. The river front is great. I plan to come back; just not to this rental.

Summary: Overall, the unit was very nice. As I had a car, I greatly liked having dedicated parking. There were decent amenities--however, the one ding I'll give is that, if you're going to provide a Keurig machine, it would be nice to provide some K-cups too. My biggest forewarning to others: This is a 4-unit building--2 over 2....ALL with hardwood floors. My wife and I had a lower unit, and we had early risers who walked back and forth. You can hear EVERY step they take. Aside from that, we had a comfortable stay, and a fantastic time in this great city!!
