Positive: The location was fantastic, there was plenty of parking, and the deck was a lovely place to unwind. It was a beautiful apartment.

Negative: Maintenance appointments were made for every full day of our 4-night stay (one was cancelled, but we did not find out it was cancelled until late afternoon). Felt more like I was a homeowner than a guest as we were setting alarms and scheduling our outings around maintenance appointments.

Summary: Great place, but not worth the hassle.

Positive: We enjoyed the layout of the unit, high ceilings and amenities. Its proximity to Forsyth was perfect, just wished it had not been raining the whole trip or we would have been able to enjoy the patio as well.

Negative: I expected a sleeper sofa on premises to accommodate our grown daughter staying with us so it was slightly uncomfortable having her sleep on the floor of the bedroom on a fold out mattress for 1 night.

Summary: Cozy, clean, with great amenities. Would stay there again.
