Summary: Fantastic location with quick access to the park and nearby squares. Near a busy street so there are some noises from traffic but nothing that kept us up at night. The apartment was super clean and bed was comfortable. It had the cutest spot to sit and overlook the park. Would recommend and would stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was great-right on the park and easy walkable distance to everything. The building felt safe but the third floor climb was not ideal. The space itself was very clean, but very dark at night-not enough lighting. During the day is was great. The windows do rattle when you walk around, and the bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The bedroom windows are on the road and it’s very busy and noisy. The first day was great, second day a family with children moved in downstairs and not only could we distinctly hear spoken conversations, but the family allowed their children to run and scream up and down the halls and stairs and in the apartment. Every sound travels right up through the floor. All-in-all this was a fine stay, but keep in mind that this is a very old, dated building with steep stairs and very little sound control.
