Summary: We are a group of 5 60 women cousins and the house was perfect with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 4 master baths! The front sitting room was a gathering place for us but we spent most of our time around the great dining room table for both meals and game playing (we brought our own, but they had plenty)! The kitchen is large enough so we weren't banging into each other.The off street parking is nice. Easy directions for check in and out. and the owner is responsive to questions.About a ten minute walk to FREE trolley into Savannah. Very helpful if you are touring the town! There are a bunch of tour books and maps in the house.

Summary: We really enjoy the location but beds were small and not comfortable, and air conditioning seemed to have mold / mildew buildup . Probably would look at alternatives next time

Summary: First time to Savannah, it is beautiful! We had a large group, 7 adults, and the house was perfect in size. Large gathering areas for relaxing, large kitchen, large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.Perfect location for walking the neighborhood.We will be back!

Summary: Myself and six friends and family stayed here for 3 nights. The house was fantastic and had all of the amenities we needed. The only issue we had was the tub in the bathroom above the kitchen was slow to drain. We did open the drain as far as it would go, but the tub would still fill up with water. One of the things we found very useful was the location. It was close to Forsyth Park (within easy walking distance) and also close to a luggage storage location.

Summary: The kitchen was not well equipped. The cookware was unacceptable. It was rusty and scraped up. In fact I purchased a frying pan in order to cook breakfast. This unit could use a good coffee maker. The furniture is old and rickety. Off street parking can only accommodate one vehicle. The four bedrooms with four bathrooms is great for an old guys trip.
