800 farmhouse lovingly restored maintaining the original details. Located in the Lucchese countryside, near the manor house but completely independent, is surrounded by a large garden shaded by olive trees, olive trees, vineyards and orchards, soccer field, table tennis and indoor parking.
The kitchen and living room open onto a large porch where you can enjoy the garden and swimming pool with gazebo, controlling the activities of children.

Summary: The Villa was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great addition. The towels, however we’re all very old and dirty, with stains, so we’re the shower curtains. The check-in process was ok. Check out was great and quick.

Summary: This is an amazing Villa with a great pool, close to a local village with pharmacy, bakery and lovely local restaurants, be sure to book as they are very popular. Great location to visit Florence, Pizza and Lucca. If you visit in August check out the Puccini festival open air opera opera. We would definitely go back and stay. You do need a car.

Summary: Been there with 8 friends. Friendly owners, clean and spacious house, all necessery tools & items available. Lovely garden & large beautiful swimming pool with enough chairs/lounge. Close to Lucca and a bakery/shops on a short 5-10 min drive.

Summary: Lorenzo and Siliva could not have been more helpful and gracious. The Villa is beautiful and homey and provided our group with the perfect spot to visit many different towns in the region. We also used the chef service provided by Lorenzo and had the most amazing time learning to cook and then eat. It was One of our top meals during our Italian vacation. Summary: We had a wonderful family vacation with our adult children. Wine tasting, learning to make pasta at the villa, and close to many of Italy's sights. The villa was very cozy and the kitchen was a great central hub for everyone to gather and eat or play games. Lorenzo and Silvia were wonderful and attentive hosts. If we are ever in Tuscany again we would definitely book the villa if it is available.

Summary: The Villa was just great for our group of 4 couples. Kitchen was large, we cooked most of our meals on site. We ate both inside and outside. Villa was clean and well kept. Lorenzo our host contacted us daily by text to see how or stay was going. Would highly recommend this Villa. Would rent again without hesitation.

Summary: Lorenzo and his sister, Silvia were so very helpful. They always checked in with us each day by text. They were very responsive whenever we needed a restaurant or store recommendation. The property itself was even more beautiful than the pictures.

Summary: It was great!!! We, a family of ten adults and three children, stayed there for two weeks and missed nothing. The house and its garden is as it is shown in the gallery and video. Although we planned a lot of activities at the beginning of our vacation we stayed most of the time in the house as it was so comfortable there. The house offers enough homely places so that one can spend time together or apart. You can either relax or doing sports all at once at the same place. It could not have been better for a group. The landlords had been very kind and supportive. We requested one repairing which was done immediately on the following day. Everything was very clean and well-kept, both the house and the garden including the pool. Although we are sure that the Tuscany restaurant offers a delicious cuisine we loved to cook in "our" kitchen and enjoyed our meal in front of the house looking into the sunset. The bar for the next holidays is raised very high now. :)

Summary: The villa and the garden were marvellous. Due to the extreme heath (for Norwegian people) we loved the shadows under the big trees and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The large swimming pool was frequently used, and our grandchildren loved it. The location was great for day trips in Tuscany. We all loved our stay in Villa Niccolai. Astrid and Per
