Positive: Franco and his wife have thoughtfully restored a stunning property in the heart of Tuscany, with every detail accounted for, including a welcome tart and starter items in the fridge so we didn't have to run off to the store the moment we arrived. It was the perfect home base for our family to explore the region for the week and as a place of rest and relaxation between visits to busier cities (the pool was especially glorious!).

Positive: We must point out how nice and helpful Franco was, during the whole stay. We got very good information about wine testing posibilities , and also to find different restaurants in the area. The house is extremely beatiful and is handssomely furnished rooms, we appreciated the nice garden and we spend many hours in the pool area. The pool itself is really big

Positive: This was a return visit for us. We love everything about the property. Franco is a great host who makes sure you are comfortable. Kitchen comes with food and drink to help you get started; there is even laundry detergent available. EV charger is great. Facilities are immaculate and exactly like the pictures. A car is a must but the location is convenient to all of Tuscany. Franco's suggestions for where to visit and where to park made day trips a breeze. We can't wait to return again.

Positive: Fabulous host and property. Spacious and well equipped apartment; included coffee and breakfast items as well as pantry basics. Great pool and although we shared it with one other family it felt very private. Loved the on site Tesla destination charger.

Negative: We loved everything and will definitely be coming back. Completely not a fault of the property but many of the restaurants in the village were closed for lunch.

Summary: Our best Italian holiday yet

Positive: Location from Luca, Pisa and Florence. The area was nice and quiet. The pool was fantastic. The accomodation was clean, up-to-date and well maintained. The warm welcome with some pastries, refreshments was top notch.

Negative: Mayby the neighbors who were busy maintaining a house, and cutting the gras and some dog’s barking often. But, that is not in control of Borgo Ai Lecci. So all was very good!
