Summary: Victory Road Villas is clearly the best hotel in Phong Nha. It’s expensive but the service was great - very helpful staff advising on what to do in the area and making the arrangements for you. The view from our room was great, spectacular even. We definitely thought we chose well staying there.

Summary: This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. We missed the crowds and had the caves to ourselves Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Pool outside was super nice and the food was great. We usually try different places when we travel but ended up eating every meal at the property.

Summary: Beautiful rooms/villas with lots of space and comfy amenities. The staff were super kind and helpful without being too much. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Nice room, staff friendly but little bit slowly sometimes. Cleanliness around the outdoor bathtub and toilet could be better. Television was not hooked to neither antenna or cable, not possible to watch world cup, being the best hotel in town TV should be available. Otherwise mostly a nice experience.
