Positive: Excellent location, stunning views across river. Staff were brilliant, so friendly, very helpful when booking a day out to the caves, went above and beyond and every step. Bed was comfy, good a/c and clean rooms. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner prepared by staff which was delicious!

Negative: The room we stayed in had a seating area above which was quite noisy as it’s inside a metal container. There’s a sign asking people to tread carefully but I don’t think it makes a difference.

Positive: A Magical Stay in Phong Nha We had such a beautiful experience at Memory Homestay. From the moment we booked, we were welcomed with warmth, receiving WhatsApp messages ahead of our arrival to check on our travel plans and offer help. Communication was friendly, clear, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The homestay organizes lovely family dinners with fellow travelers, which created a cozy, social atmosphere. The view from the property is absolutely stunning! You can spend hours simply watching the blue tourist boats glide along the river toward Phong Nha Cave. We made the most of the free bicycles to explore the local area (so much fun!) and also rented a motorbike to venture further afield and every ride felt like a little adventure. Everything was well organized and stress-free. The rooms are clean, cute, and comfortable, the pool is wonderfully refreshing, and the staff are truly exceptional: kind, helpful, and relaxed. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha. With love, Kathleen & Nimrod
