Summary: It was an unforgettable stay at Carambola Bungalows, great staff, delicious food, unbearable view of the river and jungle mountains at day time and even better at night time. Highly recommended!

Summary: We had such a lovely stay at Carambola Bungalow. The staff were incredibly kind, generous, and attentive from the moment we arrived. They always made sure we were comfortable and were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal felt fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. It was honestly one of the highlights of staying there. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and peaceful, which made it easy to fully relax. And the view of the river is just beautiful. Waking up and seeing the water and the surrounding nature was so calming. Overall, it’s a special place with wonderful people who really care about their guests. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Summary: Wonderful stay, highly recommended. The owners are a very kind and welcoming family who helped us with everything, from tours to arranging our bus. Free bicycles are available for guests, and the location right by the river is beautiful, peaceful and you can also swim there. The internet was reliable for working online and video calls, with an amazing view. We liked it so much that we stayed longer than originally planned

Summary: Amazing place! So beautiful a quiet. Super close to anything and everything, overlooking the river. Staff was so friendly and helpful 1000000% recommend. I will be going back here

Summary: The owner greeted us with hot tea, and gave us an upgrade to river view cabins as they were available for our stay. The food prepared by the family at their restaurant was delicious. Ha had many recommendations, suggestions, and options for us to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Phong Nha

Summary: The service was impeccable. We stayed there when a typhoon went through. The owner while staying up all night monitoring thé facility still checked our train schedule at 5am to ensure that it had not been cancelled and updated us of the delays, ordered our taxi and had breakfast packed to go.
