Summary: As a general rule, I have good things to say about this hotel. However, it seems consistency in cleanliness and service is lacking. My room was fine and quite comfortable. Breakfast was great one day, and adequate another day. But the common areas of the hotel were not as clean. (garbage left on the back stairs for 2 days). Carpets not vacuumed. I also did not recieve one smile from any employees that I encountered. At the time of my stay the hotel parking lot was packed, so I get it, that everyone probably had a full plate of duties to attend to. But, service is part of the reason you stay at a hotel, so I hope to have a friendlier experience next time.

Summary: I entered my roo #220, to find a sweet note from the housekeeper. (I can't remember her name.) Everything was so clean, and breakfast was a great mix of healthy and treat choices. Also, the walk in shower was wonderful. I will definitely return to this hotel. On only one night the people in the room above me were loud. Every other night was peaceful and quiet.

Summary: The stay was quiet. Breakfast was good. The room was nice.The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were hard and very uncomfortable.

Summary: We stayed here because we were visiting for a celebration in Georgetown and have stayed at this location before. The hotel is very clean and affordable. Our suite had everything you could possibly need and everything was in working order. We will definitely stay here again when in the area

Summary: We stay at this property every year for a speed skating event. This year the thermostat in the room made it a challenge to get the temperature of the room to a comfortable level. Otherwise we love this property.
