Summary: We checked in and were told the elevator was broken, no biggie. Headed up to our room and noticed immediately that the toilet was running non-stop. So I went back downstairs and told the young man. He called someone and then headed up to our room. He wasn’t able to fix it, told me they were full, shut the water off and left. We had to use the toilet so we turned the water back on and I fiddled with it and fixed it. Went back and told him he could cancel “maintenance”. I asked for bottled waters and he told me the price. I said, “take them out of my plumbing bill”. He laughed and charged me. Went back back upstairs and my daughter showed me her bed, sheets covered in dog hair. Evidently they didn’t bother making that bed. Went back down and he handed me clean sheets and wished me good night. Glad I could pay so much money to do my own plumbing and make my own bed. Now that I was really irritated I started actually looking around. Carpets were so dirty I kept my flip flops on. The shower made me feel dirtier just getting in. And 1 bar of soap to share with the shower and the sink? 2 bars are just too much to ask for? Won’t stay there again. I didn’t even dare have their breakfast with how dirty everything else was, can’t imagine what the kitchen was like.

Summary: The shower had mold in it, the water pressure was terrible, the knob to adjust the fridge temp was broken, the TV did not display a picture, no USB ports by the beds, fan in bathroom didn't move any air, screw in shower door was very loose

Summary: The only thing good about this property was the front desk staff. The room was filthy. Carpet so stained it's a different color. The bed had hair on it, suggesting sheets weren't changed. The bathroom had hair on the floor with a dirty hand towel that was hung up for use. The fridge wreaked of rotten food. Truly the worst sleep inn and suites we have stayed in.

Summary: Hairs left in the shower. Had to clean the TV remote due to being sticky. Floor above the room creaked. Pocket door was very hard to slide. The staff was very friendly and quick with check-in and check-out.

Summary: Seemed to be an older property but was much better renovated than other similar properties I have visited. One of the better stays in the area for the value.

Summary: We got in very late, 3 a.m. and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I believe we got the last room. There was some man sleeping on the lobby sofa, which was disturbing. I had called twice earlier to say we'd be late and that I'd requested in my res. a room close to the elevator or on the 1st floor because of mobility issues (this does not mean an accessible room). So we were given an accessible room. We are both tall and everything (except the toilet) in the room is set low which is difficult on its own, but to not feel clean is worst. The sheets and comforter felt clean, but the carpeting and tile floors were not. The room had a musty smell like the pool (right down the hall). The ac barely worked so the room was on the humid side. We had to put a towel in the tub to shower because it wasn't so clean. I've never stayed in a room with 14 recessed lights, 1 flickered and 2 had no bulbs. To say the least, it was 'enlightening '. This will not be on my list of stops again.

Summary: This was an overnight stop on a longer trip - the beds were comfortable, the shower hot, and the breakfast had great options for my daughter and I. The hotel is on the older side, but was clean and well- maintained and easy to find. I didn't see a lot of dining options nearby, but I didn't look very hard, either.
