Summary: Stayed on main floor in king room. Have stayed here before. Safe location and walkable to dining options. The bed is comfy, the hotel is quiet. The pool was closed during our visit, which was a bummer. The breakfast spread was good. Will stay here again.

Summary: I've stayed here in years past and it was pretty good for a budget hotel. Check in fine. Get to the room, the door was so damaged I felt like I needed to put a chair in front of the door as an intruder alarm, the bar lock didn't move at all to secure the room. The humidity level of the room was so high I felt damp at all times. The television was damaged and had flashing lines through the picture and the sound would randomly adjust itself. Moving on to the shower and sink that dripped nearly constantly, this one I called the desk about about was told no tips for stopping it and no one will come to help. The dripping was the entire time we were in the room and louder than the TV even with the bathroom door closed. Then there were the bugs. Which best Google guess was that they are springtails that thrive in wet conditions and may feed in mold and wet fungus. Only made better by the air conditioner unit that was inconsistent with temperature and could not help the dampness in the room and may be damaged since the fan setting for constant was not constant. For a good portion of the overnight it sounded there were zippers or metal in the clothes drier outside our room. The laundry room has a door but it was still very loud. In the morning I went to use the ice machine which sticks and I didn't want to break it, I asked the employee and he was very rude and that's the ice machine they have. At check out he offered no receipt even though the hotel was paid directly. Very rude.

Summary: Good value. Hotel was mostly well maintained and comfortable. The beds were comfy, but all the pillows were very lumpy. The pool had been shut down by the health department- that was disappointing because we were there during a heatwave.

Summary: When traveling to visit family, I always prefer the Best Western Riverside Inn. They always have clean, comfortable rooms and the staff there is fantastic! Any hour of the day they make themselves available if you need assistance of any kind. My family and I have been staying here for years and will continue! Highly recommended! Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay!

Summary: Room was fine. Breakfast was okay. They did not have anything to drink other than coffee. Juice machine was broke.

Summary: It was a quick and convenient room to get some rest while driving cross country the one of the mattresses under bed sheet were stained. Ended up sharing a bed with my cousin.

Summary: Best location; easy access to gas , food and it is where I want to be. Breakfast was good every day. It’s small and dated but that’s Ok. Someone had clipped all their toe nails in an area by bedside. So the room wasn’t vacuumed before we arrived for 5 nights. Not a good thing but I dealt with it. Will stay again.
