Positive: the staff is the most welcoming and friendliest group of ppl u will ever meet. they were so accommodating & helpful! i loved my room. i had no problems with it. loved the free breakfast. i hope to come back here :)

Negative: the heat didnt work in my room (it was super cold that day) but they immediately moved me to another room who's heat worked.

Summary: i loved it. i was very comfortable & have no complaints

Positive: The staff was very welcoming and were able to help me with my needs when I needed help. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed.

Negative: There was bugs in the sink in the bathroom plus flying around the room. I did find two lady bugs and several nats. The bed was comfortable, however any time I moved it would squeak, not really a big deal. The one thing that did bother me the most was the vacuuming that went on at 6 in the morning right outside my door while I was trying to sleep.
