Negative: Family that qas with us had to go to diffetent hotel due to overbooking.it was my special needs neice ang my 78 year old mom that had to move on the morning we were having my dads funeral service they had ti be out of the room so we just moved everything to my room until that evening. I have stayed at this hotel for 13 yrs every simmer fir 3dsy at a time and this was really upsetting.alao ask for the manager to come out and she proceded to make the front desk person to talk to us.

Positive: Amy at the front desk when above and beyond her duties to accommodate us for the jacuzzi being down considering that was the only reason for our trip. Mrs Turner that does the breakfast is phenomenal at what she does kind and bubbly and awesome hot fresh breakfast..

Negative: Our room was filthy looks like it hasn't been dusted in a year I even have pictures of it. Look like we had two bullet holes above the bed. Jacuzzi was broken and that's the only reason why we went there for a girl's night out just sitting jacuzzi and chill. Soaps and shampoos were not full. Towel hook off back the door gone just a hole.. mold around the bottom of bathtub in the vent fan in the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year I have pictures.. I could only put four pictures in here but I have like 15 pictures of everything that was disgusting about the room. They need different housekeeping..
