Summary: We had a horrible experience at another hotel in the area and saw someone’s review, who also had a similar situation at the same hotel, recommend this property and we are so glad we took their advice. We enjoyed the hotel and the food options are AMAZING. It was lovely to sit outside on the patio and watch the river. The suite was perfect !

Summary: A wonderful stay, with thoughtful service. Breakfast was available very early to allow for a trip up to Machu Picchu when it opens. Also provided us with the ability to shower and change after checkout.

Summary: Tierra Viva is a great option if you’re looking for more amenities. Right in front of the river. Balcony was great. Walking distance to everything. Take advantage of the sidewalk alley shortcut next to hotel.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and view at Tierra Viva Machu Picchu. Seeing the river was amazing and helped us fall asleep! It's a walk away from all the shops and restaurants. All the staff were friendly and professional! Highly recommend!
