Summary: Location is very good for walking up to Machu Picchu. The breakfast starts at 5am which is very good. Breakfast staff is nice and helpful especially Gary who is kind.

Summary: they offered to take our luggages to the train station. very convenient because we arrived from another trip straight to the train terminal.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room’s heater quit half way through our stay so they brought in a portable heater. Then the shower flooded the bathroom through a random vent on the side of the bathtub. Very strange experience but can’t fault the staff.
