Positive: Really clean and well equipped! The breakfast was very good, with veggies, eggs … and loved the banana bread. Very helpful and kind personal.

Negative: The water in my sink didn’t drain properly, but that was not a big problem.

Positive: An easy walk from the train station. Breakfast was pretty good and they stored our luggage for the day (check out is at 9am).

Negative: It was super noisy, very basic and probably the worst part was the hot water never got hot enough for a shower. So we went and enjoyed the hot springs.

Positive: Well situated away from bars and clubs, and steps from the train station.

Negative: Room had what looked like a fan but didn’t blow enough air and none of the windows were ventilated out so the room was warm and stuffy. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Summary: Decent value if you’re in a pinch. Otherwise skip.

Positive: The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much to ask of them. The rooms had everything you could need, including a hairdryer and TV.

Positive: - Ideal for one night when seeing Machu Picchu the next day - Hot shower - Comfortable

Negative: - check out and check in was a slow process. Couldn’t find my booking and the language barrier made it difficult to establish what the problem was and they kept mentioning the word ‘cancel room’.
