Summary: Great customer service. Hotel was in contact and picked us up. They also droped off our luggage for us in the train station.Very attentive service, just bring a small portable heater.

Summary: This property is definitely located in the heart of the city and it’s perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants. However a huge negative was the massive construction of the main walkway in front of the entrance. We had to try and haul all our luggage around huge holes and mud. But other than that the rooms were clean, very muggy in the bathrooms, everything stayed wet the whole time we were there but the rooms were adequate. Breakfast was coffee, scrambled eggs and bread.

Summary: Place was comfortable There however was a rain storm and the next morning there was no water. We had to wait several hours to take a shower before departing.

Summary: I stayed here with my husband and mother since we were going to Machu Picchu. It was a great place to stay since it was close to everything and the bus/trek to the mountain. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and lovely! The only downside to staying here was that it was pretty cold at night, but I wouldn't say that it's a deal breaker at all.

Summary: The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was nice as well and the room was clean. Only thing was that the shower didn’t have that much water, but still okay

Summary: We were greeted warmly at the train station. Host is muy amable, lively lovely to talk to, able to answer questions. The baños termales are just minutes away! Overall clean and comfortable!
