Positive: The property is right in front the bus station to Machu Picchu and on the Aguas Calientes river. The rooms are clean and the staff ready to help: they had breakfast very early to allow you reach the site at the time required, neo tour bags for the entire day and let us use the dining room (with coffee / tea) until our departure

Negative: It’s ok, the room is as advertised but it doesn’t show you that it’s actually above a market shop with no lobby area and at night time you have to open a side door to get in. We also had a problem with bugs in our room they were all over the bed! We let them know and they said they would sort it but they seemed to just make the bed as we had the same issue the next night. We also experienced some bites. The staff are nice but it doesn’t feel very clean and I wouldn’t return

Negative: For our stay, our room doesn't have hot water in the bathroom. The staff says it was due to the heavy rain.
