Summary: Sofas are very uncomfortable, tv is pretty small but not a big deal. AC unit is on balcony and is very loud when it kicks on. Toilet close to the bedroom runs occasionally. The sliding doors are very hard to open and close. Kitchen has zero seasonings (we left salt and pepper lol so bring whatever you need) the pans definitely need to be replaced as everything you tried cooking stuck to the pan regardless of what was used to prevent it. The building was being revamped so constant noise during the day. The floor right outside the unit door was incredibly sticky, maintenance put out fire extinguisher outside the door to be placed in the unit but it took a lot of strength to pry it off the floor leaving a mark. Splash pad was out of order.

Summary: Loved the beach view and sounds. Friendly staff. We met several people who have been coming there for several years and said they used to have karaoke by the tiki bar that that was great. Apparently don’t do that anymore. Should bring that back.

Summary: Unit we stayed in was good. Luggage cart situation was not good. Instead of returning carts to the Lobby they have signs everywhere telling you to leave them on the floor your on? Internet was slow! If you want to sit on the beach and look at the ocean you have to sit behind the overpriced beach chairs and umbrella's everyday. They line them up all the way in front of the resort. If you like to sit on the beach and look at the water, don't go there!
