Summary: The property is pretty old and the condos show the wear. The beach is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. I was disappointed there were no umbrellas by the pool. There was no shade. The restaurant is really just a snack bar. We had never been to Destin and the traffic was awful. All in all we did have a good time.

Summary: Everything was good except this place does not have router Ethernet connection, wifi only, I came to Sundestin several times but this is the first time that I got a room with no router, I guess is up to the owners hace it or not, besides it everything was great, I just couldn’t work but i rested. Great location

Summary: This unit was very comfortable for 2! The view was beautiful, on the 14th floor. The unit had everything you could need, except scissors. Check out was a hassle, as our key quit working (before check out time), so our luggage was locked inside and the elevators were maxed out. Some people waited 45 minutes to catch one. Staggered check out would be nice. Overall, would stay again.

Summary: Was as pictured. Overall cleanliness was good, couch was dirty and stained. The Kitchen had all the essentials that were needed. The AC unit above us leaked on our bed and got it wet one night. Location was perfect, right on the beach, elevators were very fast. Lobby was very clean, and staff was friendly. Would stay at Sun Destin again.
