Positive: A fantastic stay from beginning to end. Wonderful, friendly, warm staff who were always polite and engaging. Large airy rooms with comfy beds, great linen and big fluffy towels. Lots of variety at breakfast and the service was excellent. Evening dining, recommend you book as it gets very busy in the bar area. Good menu to choose from. Bus stop outside hotel to get into town. Highly recommend.

Positive: Hotel very clean, very good breakfast with plenty of choice and staff can't do enough for you. They have some fantastic facilities with good choice of spa treatments and facilities within the spa. Rooms where freshened up daily and the beds immaculately made every day and sooo comfy. Thank you Amol. We had a broken thermostat in our room that was swiftly replaced the following morning. We had a day trip planned to Sark with an early morning start, waiting at reception was a packed lunch each of breakfast items and snacks. Thank you.

Negative: We ate in the hotel on 2 nights. Some of the meals where a little random. Eg. A cold untoasted crumpet with crab on the top and lamb chops that where tasty but didn't really go with ratatouille and a hash Brown. Custard cold and watery. Staff where great and very accommodating but level of food wasn't as good as I expected.
