Positive: Very nice and quiet hotel. When we arrived we received a free upgrade. The lady at the reception personally showed us to our room. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was good. The buffet area was a bit small for all the guests.

Positive: The tranquillity, having our own outside area, spacious room.
Negative: Would have liked some simpler choices for evening meals, we asked for a side salad with chicken and the waitress we couldnt have that only the nicoise salad with chicken. People also need to shut doors quietly in the mirning and night. The door to the outside courtyard was banged constantly. Very poor wi fi connection meant we couldnot access the tv at times or our phones.

Negative: Very minor, the heated towel radiator was way too hot. Another minor the milk frother was out of order so theee were no speciality coffees available.

Positive: The room was clean and spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 2 dogs. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who went above and beyond to please. The food was delicious.
