Positive: Spacious, clean, clearly set-up to make the stay very convenient and comfortable. The large kitchen, large bedrooms and outside deck/patio made this trip very comfortable.

Summary: Thank you for a comfortable stay in a house convenient to downtown Petaluma and convenient to I—101 and Sonoma and Napa.

Positive: The house was ok for hanging out and sleeping. Convenient location. Roomy enough for friends. Pool table was fun.

Negative: There was NO AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLED! We arrived to a house with temps of 87 degrees! Called the owner/host and he said there was a disclaimer in the house information but we never saw that. Must have been small print. Fortunately the house cooled enough so we could sleep and we spent our evening at a local restaurant for comfort. Unbelievable!

Positive: Use of a kepad makes entering very easy! Well stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor space. Really appreciated that there was some coffee there for our use to start our stay!

Positive: The property is well taken care of and is very spacious. The area in the back where the fire pit is has some strings lights to illuminate the night which is very nice and it also offers some privacy with walls of greenery.

Negative: The place was a little dusty.

Summary: We had fun playing in the pool table and sitting outside by the fire pit.
