Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is part of one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. We are located just 3 blocks from Downtown Petaluma. Walk down for breakfast at The Tea Room Café or hit the daily hot buffet at Petaluma Market. If you want to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under the willow tree.

Summary: This place was small but had everything we needed for our stay. It's close to downtown but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The property managers were super responsive to our communication. Not much room in the "food/kitchen" area, but we planned on eating out most of the time any way, so it didn't matter to me. Has a nice big bathroom and comfy king bed.
