Positive: What an unexpected and unassuming surprise!!! THIS WAS FABULOUS!!! Very Modern Practically BRAND NEW CLEAN!!!! Fully Furnished and Fully stocked. IT even has a washer and dryer, dishwasher far more dishes and items to have a full dinner party! Regular coffee pot, Keurig, toaster everything!!!! This is very centrally located for our downtown adventures, maybe 5 blocks down the road to quaint Petaluma and the mystic theater. 1/2 hour drive to Point Reyes or to the Larkspur Ferry to go to the city. We had the best time and the Owner Frank met us when we arrived. He is so kind and and generous! A prefect place to stay!

Negative: The only lesson we had to learn was the Mini Split HVAC system, because they are located higher on the walls at the top of the ceiling, the upper loft was a bit warm. Mind you we came in the winter and the units had been off, and over compensated the heat. But we quickly corrected our mistake and figured it out. The only minor complaint was the Fabulous shower - The over head waterfall shower head is just a bit to tall so your water is cooler, there is a hand wand at hip height, but if you put it on full pressure it can hit the back wall and escapes the showers perimeter and get he main floor wet. It would be better suited to have the hand wand mounted at a normal shower height, especially for us ladies whom don't want to wash our hair on the daily. THIS IS A VERY MINOR COMPLAINT!!!!!
