Private studio cottage in lovely and vibrant Petaluma. In the heart of Sonoma County just 25 minutes from Sonoma and Napa and 45 minutes from San Francisco. Less than a block from old downtown Petaluma with outstanding restaurants and music venues. The guesthouse has many windows and is newly renovated. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable traditional queen sized bed. Guaranteed on-street parking in front of guesthouse. Though we love all animals we can only host dogs.

Summary: Eric has a lovely, comfortable room in west Petaluma. He is a most gracious host. Cookies on arrival! Offers of breakfast, drinks for the in-room fridge, suggestions of restaurants, extra towels, and maybe a tour of his music collections :) Walking everywhere in town is easy from here. Thank you Eric, for a perfect stay.

Summary: A detached apartment offered privacy, comfort and every amenity I required. I appreciated the comfortable bed, great shower and a well thought out design that makes use of a cozy space. But what stands apart is the host's commitment to making your stay an experience. From a welcoming bottle of wine, fresh-baked cookies and soft drinks in the fridge when I arrived, to the surprise of breakfast every day (banana pancakes, brioche french toast and more), this stay surpassed all of my past VRBO experience. Eric made early contact, fielded all my requests and made access and departure a breeze. Knowledgeable about all-things Petaluma, Eric also gave me great recommendations for local restaurants and the music scene and what else I might do over my five-day stay. I booked my next visit before I left. If you're on your own or with a partner, look no further. This is the place.
