Summary: Very comfortable furnishings in a calm and serene atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided and Frank even included a bottle of wine and some snacks. It's in a great location on the west end of town, very close to restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet.

Summary: This cottage was very clean and well appointed. We found it easy to relax and make our way around town. An easy walk or ride to the downtown area with lots to see and do. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the cottage.

Summary: Frank was very responsive and friendly! The place is cute and clean and everything is labeled. There's a heater/AC in the living room only, and it was freezing in every other room while we were there- that was the only downside! Good parking, nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown, very quiet, lots of interesting birds flying around to listen to and watch. We never heard any sounds from the main house even though it's attached.

Summary: Everything as described and as noted by previous guests. Only "negatives" maybe that there isn't a microwave, and the bathroom sink has no room to put things on (so my wife did her makeup at the kitchen table). Otherwise it was a terrific place. Great communication with Frank. Thank you.
