Positive: Very centrally located, a cute little spot.

Negative: It is a bit of a hassle that StayNue basically operates with a parallel system to booking.com. You have to make the payment, identity verification and find all the information about the place including the house rules through a separate website they send you. You also have to pick the key up from a different location which isn’t a massive deal if you’re travelling without much luggage.

Positive: Really nice apartment in good location. The kitchen was a bless. Bathroom was enjoyable. Laundry room in the basement. Would have stayed longer if possible.

Negative: Stains on furniture. The reservation process is annoying and complicated, but for safety reasons. Way too many textwall like messages on different platforms for check-in. The key is located somewhere else, which is also annoying.

Positive: I loved the location the most. It’s a great walking distance to all of downtown and restaurants plus more. I also enjoyed the secluded unit, not much noise was heard through the walls.

Negative: That the blinds looked like unkept and damaged. It didn’t block any sun or street light because of it was in shambles. The ac unit was going in and out with fluctuating temperatures outside of the programmed settings. Also the key process was a mess! There were at least 2 other and myself that couldn’t get ahold of the desk or get our keys. The communication was horrible. If it wasn’t for the cleaning people being at the door to see me lost I wouldn’t probably knew anything. I was sent over 10 emails trying to book, check in, and figure out all the logistics. Which I was missing from this company. Because of that alone I would not recommend anyone to book through this site, until you all get a better and less confusing system. I wanted to cancel and book somewhere else.

Summary: My stay was tolerable and I made it work for the quick trip it was.

Positive: I loved the location!! You could literally walk anywhere and it made it super convenient

Negative: The key cafe check in part was pretty inconveniencing because you had to check in at a certain time and depending on your flight you had to either walk with your luggage or check your luggage somewhere and kill time. However I will say the travel management group did a great job providing directions to both key cafe and some bag checks. There was one issue with the key return which was not the travel managements fault—the market the key cafe was located in had randomly closed early — so we walked to get the key dropped off and couldn’t. BUT—the property management group was VERY responsive getting back to us on how to proceed.

Summary: Overall I would stay here again. The location is unbeatable and for the price definitely worth it. Definitely read the f
