Positive: great location and cute room, the housekeeper is very lovely and helpful and had fast response from the owner.

Negative: No elevator only stairs. Hot water ran out one morning at around 9am, the owner reset our code to enter the apartment before our check out time so my partner couldn’t get in after going for a walk and lucky I was still on the room otherwise we couldn’t get back in. No luggage storage and $25 late check out. Water pressure is really high so if you do not like having a power washer to wash you I would not recommend. The washer is $2 all in quarters and the same with the dryer so come prepared with enough quarters because the 7/11 down the street are not allowed to exchange notes for coins. The tv is in a dumb place and you can’t move it to view from the bed.

Summary: Cute and great Location. Few issues that can be fixed but seems they haven’t after reading reviews

Positive: Location was absolutely amazing in a beautiful district and quiet. The room was fine and clean and of a good size

Negative: Very expensive for 1 night (in Canadian $). Shower head and water pressure need reviewing. Window covering that would totally block the light would be a plus at night. Also, if the cleaning crew comes at 11am, an earlier than 4pm check-in should be made possible. A user guide to the TV would be a plus and also if it could be moved from the wall to be able to watch it from bed.

Positive: The apartment is in the nice quiet historical street near the State House, very clean and comfortable. The studio is pretty small but enough for one person or a couple. The staff was very friendly - there was only one chair, we needed two for breakfast, and they delivered it next morning.

Negative: The house doesn’t have any storage for luggage. So, you need plan additional time and money (at least $13 for each time) to deposit your luggage somewhere in a distance of 10 minutes. This was a bit disturbing for us.

Summary: Totally recommend for a younger person or a couple.
