Summary: Very cute studio apartment in the middle of historic Beacon Hill. Location was perfect! 6 min walk to park st subway, Charles st cafes, whole food supermarket. Studio had everything I needed and bed was super comfy. Will stay again for sure!

Summary: The property was in a great location with easy access to transport & the main Boston tourist attractions. However, the studio we were put in was not the one shown online, although the floor plan was the same. The decor & furnishings of ours looked very inferior to the online photos. It also had not been cleaned to the standard we expected.

Summary: Great communication with the host every time. He was totally helpful with our requests and questions. Even though we only stayed one night, we had a good time. We were in town from PHX for the Boston Pops Christmas Concert. But, we managed to cram in a visit with our grandsons at the Museum of Science, too. Pinckney St was a challenge for most trucks, an occasional school bus, an other vehicles, but the Uber cars had no difficulty maneuvering up the street. We had many Ubers pick us up to transport us to the Pops, and other short trips. No worries there. The suite is nice, with reminiscences of its age, all adding character. All the appliances worked, no issues with heat or plumbing. The washer and dryer in the basement were a nice plus (especially the dryer) as we needed to dry out some of our garments due to the incessant rain. :) The bed was comfy and cozy, too.You can visit without worry.

Summary: This property is in the perfect location. Boston Commons and grocery stores are a five-minute walk. Tourist sites are easily reached from subway stations less than 10 minutes away. Restaurants and trendy shops are just down the street, but not so close that you’ll hear them at night. I’ve been traveling to Boston for years. This property is in the best spot I’ve visited here. Everything worked in the apartment. (although there is one mystery switch that seems to serve no purpose).
