Positive: The location was great, the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The check in process was very easy. Price was very reasonable compared to other options.

Negative: You can hear everything from the aisle and other apartments, and the bed was not so comfortable.

Positive: Quaint bed sitter. Walking distance to many iconic sites.

Negative: With a mobility issue, walking up.. and down..38 steps (three flights) each day was painful. My husband had to source a wheelchair which he bought up and down the stairs each time we came in or out. Liked the little 'kitchonette but very little room to prepare, had to ask for a sharp knife, no toaster, no jug. Room wasn't serviced while we were there (5 nights) but rubbish was removed each day.

Summary: No lift so remember to ask for ground floor!!!

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the room an adequate size. The location on Beacon Hill is perfect for that historic part of Boston, but also for the Mass. General Hospital, an easy walk down Cambridge St. Communication with the hosts was fine, albeit all by message. There are a couple of small convenience stores close by , but a very well stocked supermarket (The Whole Food market) an easy walk on Cambridge Street. Also, walking there you will go past the "Tip Tap" room. Excellent selection of local craft beers and surprisingly good food - don't miss it.

Negative: Equipment levels in the "kitchenette" were minimal. I had to go and buy some cooking utensils to make dinner, and while there was a filter coffee machine there were no filters for it so I had to buy those as well. My room was on the top floor - two storeys up - and there is no elevator.
