Summary: Great location and home. Only complaint would be alot of the bathroom showers didn’t have hot water but, we made it work!

Summary: We stayed at this property with high hopes, but unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay frustrating. The house is in serious need of updates and better maintenance. We had problems with the A/C throughout our entire stay, which was very uncomfortable. The gate code provided didn’t work when we arrived, causing unnecessary delays. The guest house had no hot water, so cold showers became the norm—not exactly the vacation experience we expected.Additionally, the guest house felt outdated and poorly equipped. There was no broom or mop available, so we had to purchase our own just to keep the space clean. Overall, there seemed to be a lack of attention to guest comfort and readiness. With some investment and attention to detail, this could be a great rental—but as it stands, it fell short of expectations.The view from this property is absolutely stunning, and the pool area was definitely the highlight of our stay—relaxing and well-kept. f

Summary: Pros -The house is in a great location. Gorgeous neighborhood, walk to beach and a beautiful lakefront view. -Tons of bedrooms all with adjacent bathrooms -Large pool and hot tub - Management company was nice to work with. Super friendly and sent people out promptly to fix issues. Cons -lots of stairs. -House needs a lot of repairs. Ripped and stained curtains, some cabinets hard to open, toilet paper holders falling, some furniture very worn or falling apart. Squeaky beds. -Exterior of house was dirty. Patios and lanais very dirty. Sliders had dirt and debris on them. Hoses just out in walking areas. -Multiple issues with getting the pool heater working, after paying $100 a day to have it heated. Had to call many times about this. -Found an active hornets nest outside the front door. (Blue 360 sent someone and had it removed immediately)

Summary: This property is amazing. My family and I spent days at the beach which in walking distance and evenings around the pool. Fishing in the lake. This is a great property for a family vacation. Property manager was very responsive to all our inquiries.

Summary: -none of the outdoor speakers are working. -house not clean as it should for new guest -Door codes wasn’t working probably -Air conditioning low on Freon so it’s wasn’t cooling the house. -no trash canes in the pool area. -bugs inside the bedrooms. And bedbugs in 2 rooms. -no tea kattle -2nd house smells very very bad like not been opened for weeks It’s waaaaay over priced for what we paid. Pics has nothing to do with reality

Summary: Great house for the 10 of us (me and wife), 2 sons (and their wives) and their kids (total of 4). Walking distance to beach, lake in backyard was a hit, swimming pool was a hit, plenty of room to relax. A few things needing attention (nit items) that we saw when we arrived -1) the dishwasher leaked 2) the family room shades (the ones above the normal windows) we could not find how to operate (close them). We purposely left beach toys / chairs for the next guests. We would stay there again. Great location. Thank you.

Summary: This week blew me away! The house, location, short walk to the beach. We have 2 small issues, I contacted the concierge they had all resolved SAME DAY! I’ve never had such great care while staying somewhere. Not only do I say BOOK with 360 blue for great home away from home but seriously I can’t go on enough how helpful they have been thru this WHOLE vacation planning as well. We had ages from 1 year old to 86 years old and there was a room for everyone and bathrooms were fantastic! We comfortably had an air mattress for our toddler and a Pak n play in our room with plenty of room for our bags. The pool, hot tub, kitchen area outside we spent most evenings at! AGAIN this house is for ALL ages! Thank you 360 blue for making our family vacation so easy.
