Positive: The receptionist was amazing and recommended a few restaurants for us. We went to the German one he recommended, and it was one of the best meals of the trip! The location is amazing. The lobby is beautiful and I wish I could have had more time to hang out there. There’s also a bar we did not have time to go to, but it also looked like a fun place to be.

Positive: The location is excellent, as you are within walking distance of virtually everything. The lobby was a very pleasant surprise: spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable both for relaxing and for working. Right next to the lobby, there is a lovely bar open from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., and the staff also serve guests who are sitting in the lobby area. The hotel is clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and overall I had a wonderful stay.

Negative: The only downside is that the standard rooms are quite small and sometimes noisy (despite the fact I was on the 5th floor).

Summary: I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Munich.
