Positive: The location was amazing, yes it was noisy at night but what do you expect in a prime location. They provided ear plugs for those the need them but we were so exhausted nothing was keeping us awake! The check in and check out was super easy, the staff were amazing and just wanted to help. Definitely recommend staying here.

Negative: The shower needed a bit of love, the water pressure was great but it needed a really good clean and the doors needed some attention.

Positive: The excellent central position. First class bar which needed more staff. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The bathroom was very small (see photograph) and not very well equipped. The hotel was noisy due to slamming doors. This was caused by the automatic shutting mechanism of the room doors is not “soft close”.

Summary: The single room I booked was very small, would benefit from a single bed and the bathroom need updating.

Positive: The staff, the location, the boutique hotel feel.

Negative: I didn't see in the notes that a night club would be playing until 2am on a Sunday and Monday night. Definitely would invest in soundproofing the windows, floors and walls, in that case. Even the homeless guy across the street was yelling. Hate to see what a Friday and Saturday night would be like. If you would put the music issue in the description, then it would be on me, but it wasn't.

Positive: This hotel was a fantastic surprise on a month long holiday through Europe, the staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived to the morning of our departure. For anyone looking for a central hotel in Munich you can't really go past this place.
