Positive: This place is quite a find, brilliantly located right on the edge of Munich old town and very close to S-Bahn (direct to airport) & U-Bahn stations. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, with a small kitchenette such that if one wished it would have been possible to cook a small meal! There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes, and a supermarket, in short walking distance. If you don't want to self-cater, breakfast is available, but in addition they also do a "coffee and wrap to go" which is a great alternative. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the decor of the building is very nice.

Positive: Great location and a bit less expensive than some other hotels. VERY comfortable beds and extremely spacious! Very friendly and helpful.

Negative: No negative comments except they're doing construction across the street currently (Oct 2025) but once you close the window you can't hear anything. Plus if you get a garden view (we didn't), it's quiet.

Positive: the location is excellent, just near the old town, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, shops ranged from high end shops to budget friendly one. The sound proof is excellent. It is quiet despite there is a construction site just opposite to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room size is very good and bigger than most hotels of the same price / same location.

Negative: The room is too dark, and the design is a bit out of date.
