Positive: Nice hotel. My "suite" wasn't really a suite. It was a room.

Negative: Nothing says "5 star hotel" better than having empty shampoo and soap bottles in the shower. It took housekeeping 20 minutes to solve the issue. Really great when you need to go to a business meeting.

Positive: From my personal perspective, Mandarin Oriental Munich is by far the best hotel in the city. This is my fourth stay here, and each time it convinces me even more that it is the perfect choice—it has never disappointed me. The hotel truly values returning guests and shows genuine appreciation for loyalty. The location is excellent, and the staff are absolutely outstanding. Without a doubt, it will remain my only choice whenever I visit this beautiful city.

Positive: Very well located.lovely large well appointed rooms, what one would expect at a mandarin oriental hotel.

Negative: There is a large building site directly next to and over looking the hotel. Very noisy and unsightly to look at. Our room overlooked the site which wasn't pleasant.
