Positive: Location was good. Close to everything.

Negative: The electric sockets very uncomfortable to use. They are high and in places you can’t put anything down. Should be near beds so it will be comfortable. Also the atmosphere in the room very jailish. Not Cousy.

Summary: It’s enough to sleep in. But not stay much in the room

Positive: The room was way bigger than I expected and it was centrally located and near beach but not right in middle so peaceful at night. I could easily upgrade same room from fan to airline as very hot. Staff offered cheaper prices for tour and onward transport than in other public tour agencies.

Negative: No fridge but then I guess the price reflects that. Beds hard.

Summary: Way nicer and bigger than was expecting from its description as a 'basic' room

Positive: The location was perfect near everything but away from the noise . Nice big room , everything you need . Staff lovely .. Except for a couple of small things was a great place to stay thanks .great

Negative: A few simple things tea or coffee in room.. some hand sanitiser in loo as no sink . Pegs in shower room for towel etc . Small things that would have made a difference.

Positive: Great value for phi phi with a big spacious room and decent beds. Location is pretty central with everything within a short walk away with a 7 eleven also very close by. Friendly staff that helped book a very good value tour which was better priced than many vendors.

Negative: Had to pay extra to upgrade room from fan to AC even though the AC was already in the room. Can be a bit noisy outside sometimes as there is a restaurant directly opposite to this guesthouse that seems to be open and busy 24/7.
