Positive: Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Swim up pool bar is great. In hotel restaurant means you will never need to leave to get something good to eat. Short walk to main strip.
Negative: Rooms are small but with the other hotel facilities there isnt much need to stay in your room. Room walls are thin so felt I could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms.

Positive: Beautiful bungalows, plentiful buffet, great pool (when it was open), friendly staff especially to our kid (providing sand and pool toys). Massages looking out to the beach were wonderful and approachable price. We liked it was a bit away from the party area but still walkable.
Negative: Pool was closed for major renovations halfway through our stay and we weren’t given a heads up. Would have been nice to get a drink or food coupon as a consolation but we just couldn’t swim (the main way to beat the heat) and the beach can’t be used for swimming most the day. As others mention there is sadly club music from a bar far away that still feels loud, doesn’t match with the serene tropical escape you hope you are getting with the bungalows. Makes you sad a couple bars are allowed to disrupt a whole island where locals sleep every night, even a little quieter would make a difference.
