Positive: The property was extremely clean. Perfect location for visiting the temple complex (Bai Dinh) and the boats of Tran An. The hosts don’t speak a lot of English but make it work with translator apps. We played cards with their very cute little son! The pool was also very nice nd clean.

Positive: We stayed as a group and booked four rooms. The hosts took great care of us, were very relaxed, and even let us use the kitchen and enjoy the pool late into the evening. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay very comfortable.

Negative: It’s a little far from the downtown area, but it’s very close to Bai Dinh Pagoda and the Trang An boat tour, which was convenient for us.

Positive: Everything! Just a perfect stay and escape from the city. The host family were wonderful - they were attentive and helped us with everything we needed without being imposing. Our children loved playing badminton with their children and the pool was perfect. Dinner on the first night and the breakfasts were also great. We arrived without a lot of specific plans, and then it rained most mornings so they helped us work out how to make the best of our time there.

Positive: Great deal! Price is cheap with breakfast. The room is very clean, with large bed and bathroom. There’s a place to hang your clothes, a working table, as well as a water thermos. There’s a small balcony where you can hang out or eat if you like. They provide free water, and change towels as needed. I also like the location as it is away from the crowd of Tam Coc. It is near Bai Dinh Pagoda, very close to nature as it is located at the foot of the mountain. It has beautiful courtyard and swimming pool. There is no nearby restaurant but you can order from them. They cook really delicious food! And most of all, Phi and family is very accommodating. I was treated like a friend visiting.

Negative: Nothing. It’s perfect!
