Positive: This cozy homestay was one of the highlights of our trip! It’s in a quiet village surrounded by rice fields and limestone mountains, super peaceful and authentic. The family is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was honestly some of the best we had in Vietnam. A special highlight was the tofu-making workshop, such a fun and unique experience! We got to make fresh tofu from scratch and eat it right after. So delicious! If you’re looking to get off the beaten path and experience real rural life in Ninh Binh, this is the place. We wish we had more time!

Positive: The family is extremely lovely and made me and my boyfriend feel very welcomed. They did everything to make us have a pleasant stay, it's a very authentic homestay where you get to have dinner with them and eat the food from their garden (they prepared such delicious vegetarian food for us) and you get to discover the Vietnamese culture. If it would be possible I would rate it even more than what it's possible.

Positive: As a culture lover, this is by far the most amazing and immersive experience I had in Vietnam. Many "homestays" that stayed at were not at all a homestay. But luckily I finally found this true Vietnamese home. They took me in like a family member. I learned how to make tofu(a must do there if you like tofu or curious)!! The house is beautiful and spacious, the hammocks on the rooftop overlooking the village, mountains, sunrise, sunset is just speechless. Also the food was 100% the best and most fresh I had in Vietnam. I truly had a wonderful time! Thanks to you all! I'll be back ❤️

Positive: We loved our time visiting the Ninh Binh area and staying with this lovely family. We felt like the whole family was genuinely excited and engaged in our visit. Its location suited us - the community was friendly and interesting to walk around, we spent the time at home experiencing the process for homemade tofu and trying to converse using the few Vietnamese/English words we all knew and we loved our visit to the nearby Van Long nature reserve with Manh. Many accommodations in Vietnam call themselves a "Homestay", and for us, this authentically embodied that. As other guests have said, our time with Dung, Theu, Manh and Kuo was a highlight of our trip. We would love to return and spend more time with them.

Negative: Our only disappointment was not staying longer!
