Positive: Our stay at Ninh Binh Mountain View Homestay was very pleasant. The room was big, clean and the swimming pool was very refreshing. Additionally, Jasmine, the owner was very welcoming and friendly. She also assisted us in booking tours and transportation. She also provided us with useful information. The homestay is located near Bai Dinh Pagoda. We highly recommend this homestay for families visiting Ninh Binh and surrounding areas.

Positive: The room was very spacious, and comfortable with everything we needed. The outside common area and restaurant was great, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy fantastic home cooked food. Jasmine and her family were so kind and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very at home staying here for a week and would love to come back!

Positive: Everything was so great at this beautiful Homestay, we feel super fortunate to have been able to meet this wonderful family! The beds are so comfy and the breakfast here is so awesome, definitely one of our best stays in Southeast Asia over the last 3 months! Also their food for dinner is such a fair price and we were served huge portions! Perfect location to explore the surrounding area via free bicycles or fairly priced motorbikes! We will be back!

The bungalows were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and serene retreat after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings of Ninh Binh. The entire property exudes a dreamlike quality, with meticulously maintained facilities that blend seamlessly into the natural beauty of the location. What stood out the most, however, was Jasmine's genuine care and assistance in all matters, big and small. Positive: It's a beautiful property close to a lovely pagoda.

Negative: Our room was moved upstairs when we arrived and was pool view. We did not like that much since there were a lot of people in the pool all day and some noises reached our room. Plus we had the heavy bags up and down, overall it wasn't very cost effective either.
