Positive: The room was nice and very clean, good smell, comfy bed. Although it was extremely small and there was no space for our things, we really liked it. (But we have chosen the cheapest room.) The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Good location if you have a bike. Nice green area around. Breakfast had three options and tea, it was ok for that price, but actually not enough for us and it was not great organised, we could not understand what we could have and what we could not.

Positive: Place is very nice, cozy. Located far from the tourist area it's quite, good for charge your batteries, that's why we came here. Good WiFi. We got a different room without asking, which was bigger, appreciate that. We had fried rice one evening and that was good and nice portion. Also the banh mi in the morning was gnammy. There are kids around most of the time, we liked this atmosphere.

Negative: We stayed 5 nights and we never got asked if was needed to clean the room, or change towels, things like that. We had to ask for toilet paper and change the trash bin which was already half full when we checked in. Except from toilet paper and 2 towel, nothing else was provided. No shampoo, no shower gel, no water. Just remember to bring your own things. When we checked in we been told that the day after they would start to fill the pool with water. Stayed 5 nights, we never seen the pool ready. For breakfast only Tea is included. Coffee is extra. We found laundry service overpriced (40k per kg) but we accepted because needed.

Positive: The homestay is very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I Would recommend if you want to relax for some days. The location of the is a bit outside, but you can rent a bike to go around or take a taxi.

Positive: The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were very hungry when we arrived at the homestay, so we asked if they had food. Instead of letting us walk to the restaurant, the gentleman picked the food and brought it to the hotel. We had a wonderful time swimming at the pool as wel., the surrounding is very naturey, so it gives a peaceful and calm feeling. We will definitely stay there again! They are the most honest too!! My friend left his watch, so they mailed it to us in. So kind 😍😍
