Summary: Enjoyed a wonderful two month stay in Janet's home...the location could not have been better, with access to the beach and a park as a bonus! Janet is a wonderful host, her home is well appointed and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!!!! This home is a gem.

Summary: We had an incredible stay at this Capitola Cottage. We enjoyed it for it's ideal location for my beach-comber husband and my quiet escape from the inland heat. A few highlights to mention: * A peaceful, private garden with hummingbirds that were great entertainment * A quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors * The short walk to the beach and dining and groceries * The furnishings were very comfortable and we easily cooked for ourselves in the fully appointed kitchen The photos don't do it justice for displaying its charm. We wanted for nothing, and look forward to a time we can come back again!

Summary: Janet's cottage is the perfect tropical escape for 2-3 adults. My wife & I loved the gardens and comfy bed. Janet welcomed us and provided everything we needed- then an easy walk to Gayle's Bakery & the grocery took care of the rest! Great area.

Summary: Myself and my boys stayed at Janet's for a quick summer trip. It was so perfect. Super clean house with beautiful landscape. A fun hop, skip and a jump away to the beach. Not far from downtown Santa Cruz or the board walk. Great walking trails next to the huge creek that runs into the ocean. Super quiet neighborhood. Comfortably accommodated a family of four. Walking distance to coffee and super markets.
