- This unit does not have a reserved parking space, however we do provide 1 parking permit. Keep in mind that it can be difficult to find parking close to the home during the busy months.

Summary: We loved the location of the property-right in the middle of town and all the activity. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Capitola is a lovely seaside town filled with charm and beauty. Santa Cruz is right next door with lots to offer. A redwood forest is nearby for a great walk/hike. And there's more, you won't be bored!

Summary: We had a great stay in Capitola at this apartment. I brought my teenager and her friends for a birthday weekend and we all had a great time! There was enough space for everyone and it was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and the beach! Parking was a little tricky on a busy weekend, but the parking permit and map provided helped. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The apartment is in a great location, centrally located to everything in town. Super clean and comfy. The mattresses are very firm which is fine if you are used to that. The pillows left a little to be desired. Bring your own if you can.

Summary: We had a fabulous time at this rental. It’s updated with new modern features. Perfect location in the village in the middle of shops and the beach. I brought my 2 young girls, my mom and husband and there was plenty of space for all of us. It felt very clean and fresh. It was nice to have a full kitchen with all the appliances and items we needed, especially when traveling with kids. Plus a washer and dryer! The only suggestion I might make is to bring a white noise machine for the front room if you like to sleep with windows open. It can be a bit noisy at night and early morning. Great place, as pictured and advertised. Would definitely rent again!
