Positive: Great location with walking access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We parked in the lot and never used our car again for the entire long weekend!

Negative: The main office can be difficult to contact when calling about your reservation. They don’t answer the phone and don’t always return calls.

Summary: Our family will definitely stay here again!

Positive: You’re paying for the location. It is perfect for access to the beach, food and shopping.

Negative: The room is run down. There was black mold in the shower. The parking is awful. Didn’t help that staff blocked cars from getting out because there was no place for them to park. If you’re gonna block my car in then don’t charge me for parking.

Summary: While there were some significant annoyances during our stay, I would stay again for rhe location alone

Positive: Location was amazing! Check in and communication was positive.

Negative: Cutlery was not provided. For the price and for having a kitchen I didn’t appreciate the nickle and dime approach of charging extra for utensils and something to cook with. The expectation when there is a kitchen is there are also plates and forks.

Summary: Wonderful location and we had everything we needed.

Positive: Convenient location: Close to the beach and the village. Beach and ocean view. Ocean waves are natural soothing white noise. Separate house from others. Staff very helpful.

Negative: Have no AC. Alarm clock went off at midnight. Bed can be more comfortable. Sometimes can hear neighbors making noises and cars driving by.
