Relax on the deck and enjoy the spectacular views looking over Capitola Village, the Capitola Wharf, and the Monterey Bay. Enjoy the 36' flat screen TV with Direct TV in the living room or in any of the bedrooms or watch a movie on the DVD player. The unit has its own stacked washer/dryer, and a new bathroom with a walk in shower. Fully equipped with
WiFi, linens, dishes, cookware, utensils, and a gas BBQ on the deck. Beach chairs and boogie boards are available for use. The second bedroom has a futon that folds into a bed, so the unit can sleep up to 5 comfortably.

Summary: The view! The location! The top-notch cleanliness! I can't begin to say how perfect this place was for our family of 4 (two littles). We had a balcony view during naps and quick and easy access to the beach. It's obvious that this place is well taken care of by owners who are invested in sharing their lovely space with others.
